Step into Brookview and you will find 35 beautifully appointed, self-contained apartments. Distributed over three floors with elevator service, are units with either one or two bedrooms. These apartments were built in 1990 and are available on a life equity occupancy basis.

Who is Brookview and the Life Equity Occupancy concept for?
Brookview is ideal for those seniors, singles and couples, who are looking to downsize from their existing homes and move to something more manageable but still retain the security of “owning” their own home. Residents must be over the age of 55 to be considered for a Life Lease.
Will I fit in with other Brookview residents?
Life, as they say, is what you make of it. The residents of Brookview come from many different walks of life and have a variety of interesting backgrounds. The unique thing that connects all of our residents, regardless of the building in which they live, is their Christian faith. Staff and residents agree that this common set of core beliefs sets Parkview Meadows apart from other retirement facilities.
Many people find an entirely new lease of life moving to Brookview, from the many communal activities and the onsite fitness programs to Bible study, prayer groups and sharing fellowship with new friends – keeping busy and active is never a problem. Residents are able to access the activity programs that are conducted through our Retirement recreation programmers. Beautiful garden space to be able to plant your own vegetable gardens and assist our horticultural therapy groups in our on-site greenhouse.
