What is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational therapy is a type of health care that helps people of all ages to do the things they want and need to do in their daily lives. They help them to improve their skills, adapt their environments, or use assistive devices to achieve their goals. Occupational therapy can help people to live more independently, participate in their communities, and enjoy a better quality of life.
